If you are not entirely happy with any product or package purchased from Olivia Lee then please contact us at [email protected] with details of your concerns.

If you have purchased a coaching package then the individual terms relating to termination and refunds will be set out in your Agreement.

For the avoidance of doubt, we ask you to be aware that all deposits paid are strictly non-refundable and no refunds will apply to your purchase of any coaching package unless specific and unexpected circumstances arise that prevent us from delivering that package to you.
